[RECIPE] DIY Oatmeal Face Mask

HARGA BAHAN
Oat quick 450 gr : 40 rb
Almond ground 225 gr : 69 rb

INGREDIENTS
Half cup of quick oat
1 tbsp almond ground
1 tsp honey
Water


DIRECTIONS
1. Make a serving of oatmeal as directed either with water or milk if you’d like the added vitamins.

2. Stir in a spoonful of ground almonds, depending on how gentle or intense you want your exfoliant to be.
3. Mix in a teaspoon of honey.
4. Add more water if it gets too thick, then apply to your face. Leave on for 10 minutes and rinse with cool water to close up pores and leave your skin feeling fresh and renewed!

How To Make Almond Butter

Ingredients :
  • Raw almond / Roasted almond
  • Coconut oil / olive oil
Tools :
  • Food processor
  • Rubber Spatula
  • Jar
 Directions   

  • Roast the number of almonds that you want to use. Start out with a certain amount, and experiment to see if it is enough. Also, take the size of your food processor into consideration. You want them to be dry. If you want the almond butter to be 'raw', don't roast them.
  •  Once roasted, throw them into the food processor. Continue chopping. 
  •  Add coconut oil/ olive oil during the process if it seems to dry.
  •  Periodically, push the butter down the sides as it builds up.
  • Put it into the jar and refrigerate.
  • Store them upside down so you wont have to mix it up again later.

Almond Milk ini lagi ngeHEITSSS banget dan mulai banyak yg jualan. Tapi kalo bikin sendiri aja bisa kenapa nggak dicoba aja??

How to make almond milk
Ingredients

1-2 cups raw (unsalted) almonds
pinch sea salt
1 tsp vanilla (optional)

Tools

Nylon mesh bag for straining
Blender

Directions

Soak almonds for at least six hours in water. Make sure to use enough water to cover the almonds, plus a bit extra.
Drain and rinse almonds, then place in blender.
Fill blender with water (about 4-5 cups for me, the amount will depend on the size of your blender).
Blend almonds until the skins are barely visible (about 2 minutes).
Grab your nylon mesh bag!
Place bag in cup or bowl.
Pour almond and water mixture into the bag.
Lift bag and squeeze out the moisture into the cup or bowl. Repeat step 7 as needed, then add salt and/or vanilla to your almond milk.
That's it! This will produce thick and creamy almond milk. I often strain the almond mixture a second time - I'll put the strained almond meal back into the blender, re-fill it with water, blend for 1 to 2 minutes, then re-strain.
